Spending the day at Johnson & Johnson (J and J) and speaking with Jordan Schecter, Head of the Multiple Myeloma program, reminded me how much we need to motivate everyone working in healthcare. J and J has one of the best oncology pipelines. I was there to share my story, gratitude, and to inspire the team to stay the course until cures are found.
