This year, x number of Americans will be diagnosed with cancer. Just the word “cancer” can invoke fear and paralysis. What are my immediate first steps?  This article moves you into action with three simple steps.

Once your diagnosis is confirmed, it’s time to create a plan with your medical team. The three steps here can be remembered by the three “Ts” which are Tests, Treatment, and Trials. Don’t rush through any of them. Getting the best testing will lead to optimizing your treatment for example.
